In order to connect your Libre data to NowPatient Diabetes, we use a company called Terra. They are a third party app connection that allows access to your blood sugar data from your LibreView account.

Terra cannot see your personal data and does not store or use it. It simply acts as a connection between Libre and NowPatient Diabetes.

You can stop data sharing between NowPatient Diabetes and Libre at any point through your LibreView account. If you experience any issues, or have questions, please let us know on this here.
