You should be able to see the blood sugar CGM graph in the app if you use a Dexcom continuous glucose monitor (CGM), or an app that shares blood sugar data frequently with Apple Health. This article explains how to set up your Dexcom connection if you’re having any trouble.

Please note the data we receive from Apple Health is not live blood sugar data. You will instead see an average of your readings for that particular time of day from the past 30 days.

NowPatient Diabetes relies on an integration with Apple Health to show your blood sugar data. If you don’t have frequent blood sugar data in Apple Health (eg. from a CGM), then currently it’s not possible to see the blood sugar graph in the NowPatient Diabetes app.

We’re working on improving the app and building partnerships to support people who don’t currently have blood sugar data in Apple Health. If you’d like to be notified when the app supports your particular situation, please let us know how we can help and feel free to reach out to us on support@nowpatient.com.
