You can create a LibreView Account for yourself from an email invitation sent from your healthcare professional or directly from the LibreView website. LibreView is free and easy to set up.The Patient LibreView Account is compatible with Abbott Diabetes Care glucose devices only. If you are using a compatible mobile app within the FreeStyle Libre Portfolio to monitor your glucose, your data is automatically uploaded to LibreView when an Internet connection is available. You can log in to LibreView using the same credentials as your compatible mobile app account.

Option 1 – From an email invitation

Step 1: Accept invitation

If you received an email from your healthcare professional inviting you to set up a LibreView Account, click the Accept Invitation button.

Step 2: Log in or get started

There will be two buttons to choose from: Login or Get Started. If you have an existing LibreView Account (or an existing account from a compatible mobile app), enter your login credentials accordingly.

If you are creating a new LibreView Account for the first time, select the Get Started button and you will be prompted to go through the registration workflow. You will need to confirm your country/region of residence and accept the terms of use and privacy notice. Once you have completed your registration, you will be prompted to verify your email address.

Note: If you are creating a LibreView Account on behalf of a minor, you will also be asked to provide parent/guardian information. There may be additional steps during registration specific to your country/region of residence.

Step 3: Verify your email

When you log in to your email, look for an email for LibreView. In the email, click the link to Verify your email address. Then return to the LibreView email verification screen and click Next. You will now be logged into your account.

Step 4: Complete 2-factor authentication

If enabled for you, complete 2-factor authentication. 2-factor authentication provides extra protection for your account by requiring a password and security code to log in. When prompted, enter the SMS enabled phone number or e-mail address that you would like the 6-digit security code to be delivered to. Your phone number and e-mail address provided to complete this step will be used for security verification only. Once the code is entered, you can select “Remember Me” if you would like LibreView to not ask for a code each time you log in. You will now be logged into your account.

Option 2 – From the LibreView Website

Step 1: Sign up

Go to www.libreview.com and click the Sign Up button. Select the radio button next to LibreView Account and click the Continue button.

Step 2: Enter account information

Confirm your country/region of residence and accept the terms of use and privacy notice. Once you have completed your registration, you will be prompted to verify your email address.
