iOS versions 15 and above have notification features which can prevent you from seeing your NowPatient Diabetes notifications on time. The following instructions will ensure you continue to receive your insulin and food notifications exactly when you need them.

Notification Summary

If you decide to use iOS version's 15 and above notification summary, select Immediate Delivery in the notification settings for NowPatient Diabetes to receive your notifications on time.

Focus mode

If you decide to use iOS 15 and above Focus modes, add NowPatient Diabetes to your Allowed Apps to still receive your important NowPatient Diabetes notifications on time.
